All models produced are available in the mechanical cutting version (HM) and the hydraulic cutting version (HS).

  • HM MODEL

Automatic wire straightening machine with 4 feed rollers, equipped with mechanical cutting and two handwheels: one adjusts the wire feed speed, and the other changes the speed of the spinner.

  • HS MODEL

Automatic wire straightening machine with 12 feed rollers, featuring flying shear cut and two handwheels: one adjusts the feed speed, and the other selects the roller groove based on the wire diameter.

Automated straightening machine for wires with diameters ranging from 1 to 4 mm. Mechanized or hydraulic cutting. Two sets of feed rollers. Fast change of diameter. Feed speed: 20 to 120 m/min. Motor power: 4 kW/7,5 Kw.

Model H6M/HS6H – For wires with diameters ranging from 1.5 to 6 mm. Mechanized or hydraulic cutting. Two sets of feed rollers. Quick diameter change. Feed speed: 20 to 120 m/min. Motor power: 5.5 kW / 7.5 kw.

  • H8M/HS8S for wire 2 - 8 mm

Model H8M/HS8H – For wires with diameters ranging from 2 to  8 mm. Mechanized or hydraulic cutting. Two sets of feed rollers. Quick diameter change. Feed speed: 20 to 120 m/min. Motor power: 11kw / 15kw.

  • H12M/HS12H for wire 4 - 12 mm

Model H12M/HS12H – For wires with diameters ranging from 4 to 12 mm. Mechanized or hydraulic cutting. Two sets of feed rollers. Rapid change of diameter. Feed speed: 20 to 120 m/min. Motor power: 18.5 kW / 30kW.
